We will finalize the group with the cruise line and confirm your stateroom number in January 2026 once final payments have been made and the group is paid in full. Staterooms assignments will emailed to the Primary Guest on the reservation.
Staterooms are capacity controlled.
Interior, Oceanview, Veranda Staterooms and Sky Suites can accommodate up to 4 guests.
You may only confirm 1 guest in a Single Cabin, 2 guests in a Double cabin, 3 guests in a Triple cabin and 4 guests in a Quad cabin.
Please be sure to select the correct cabin type based on the total number of guests you expect to have in your stateroom.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Primary Guest on reservation (1st person listed in the stateroom) is responsible for all payments on the stateroom.
Payment is required prior to confirming your cabin. Cabins are capacity controlled and cabin inventory is limited.
Payment Schedule:
• $400.00 Per Person ($800.00 Single) is due upon booking cabin
• Remaining Balance is due on or before December 15, 2025

Should payment not be received within 24 hours of the due date, the Cruise Line will cancel your reserved stateroom and you will be subject to the cruise cancellation terms. See Cancellation Terms.

Celebrity Cruises offers a mix of complimentary and fee-based fitness classes.
Complimentary
All guests have access to the onboard fitness center, which includes state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment. Additionally, Celebrity provides complimentary fitness classes, such as Zumba and basic strength training, although the specific offerings may vary depending on the cruise length and ship .
Fee-Based Specialty Classes
For those interested in more specialized workouts, Celebrity offers premium fitness classes for an additional fee. These include:
• F45® Training – High-intensity group workouts
• RYDE® Indoor Cycling – Immersive cycling experience
• Peloton® Virtual Cycling – Live-streamed cycling classes
• HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
• LIT Bungee Fit – Low-impact training using bungee apparatus
• Contender – Group cardio boxing class
Specialty classes typically cost between $10 and $20 per session.
AquaClass Perks
Guests staying in AquaClass staterooms enjoy additional wellness amenities, including complimentary fitness classes and in-room yoga mats.

Celebrity Cruises has offered SHiNE at Sea discounted group rates. Group rates are NOT combinable with any other discount or promotion.
Yes. SHiNE at Sea event registration fee is included in the Total Price of the cabin. Guest of SHiNE at Sea attendee will receive a $200.00 discount at FInal Invoice.
Remaining balance due on your reservation will be due December 15, 2025. A final invoice will be emailed to the PRIMARY GUEST (at the email listed on your registration) December 1, 2025.

Participant(s) are required to abide by the US State Department and Department of Homeland Security regulations regarding proof of citizenship. All participants (from babies and up) are required to have a valid passport OR State Certified Birth Certificate AND a supporting Government Issued Photo ID, like a driver’s license or an identity card.
Please note that hospital Birth Certificates (baby feet Birth Certificates) are not accepted. Because of processing time, we encourage all passengers to apply for a passport at least three months prior to departure. A lack of the proper identification will lead to denied entry to the cruise ship, and no refunds will be made.
Name Changes can only be done prior to 3 days before sailing. Name changes made once cabin has been confirmed to 3 days prior to departure will be assessed a $75.00 fee per name change. There will be no name changes or alterations to any reservation within 72 hours prior to the departure date.
Changes to BOTH names in the cabin is not permitted within 30 days of sailing.
$75.00 change fee does NOT apply to guests listed as TBD at the time of registration. All TBD guests must provide required information prior to December 1, 2025.

Yes, based on availability. Cabins are capacity controlled. Once you confirm a cabin, any requests to add a guest to a cabin will be based on availability of inventory and subject to a $75 change fee, plus difference in cabin price and any applicable processing fees / rebooking fees.
$75.00 change fee does NOT apply to guests listed as TBD at the time of registration. All TBD guests must provide required information prior to December 1, 2025.
Once a cabin is confirmed, request to remove or cancel a guest from a cabin will result in a cancellation penalty as per the cancellation policy. See Cancellation Terms for more information.
Notice of all cancellations must be made in writing via email. This is the only acceptable method of cancellation. Cancellation fees do apply, please refer to the Cancellation Policy in Terms and Conditions.

If Cruise Line cancels for any reason, including but not limited to, Acts of God, breakdown of the Vessel, hostilities, blockades, labor conflicts, strikes aboard or ashore, restraint of rulers or princes, war, fire, collision, directions of underwriters, arrest, order or restraint by governmental authorities or others (including due to the actions of port officials or government-imposed travel restrictions), acts of terrorism, civil commotions, embargo, weather conditions or considerations of safety of the Vessel (of which the Master shall be the sole judge), foundering of the Vessel or breakdowns of or damage to its hull, machinery and fittings, inability to secure or failure of supplies including fuel, requisition of the Vessel, disease, epidemic, or pandemic, or other circumstances beyond the Cruise Line’s control (including but not limited to a change in Cruise Line’s fleet deployment caused by any of the aforementioned events) (collectively such causes shall be referred to as “Force Majeure Events”), Agent shall refund Guest for payments made for the cruise only within 30 days of receiving reimbursement from Cruise Line. Refund will exclude any credit card processing fees incurred. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the cruise line cancels the sailing, under no circumstances will Cruise Line or Agent be obligated to refund any cancellation charges incurred pursuant to the “Cancellation Policy” Section of this Agreement (or under a prior agreement between the Guest/s prior to Cruise Line’s cancellation of the Cruise).

Basic Wi-Fi package is included for each guest in interior, oceanview and veranda cabins. Premium Wi-Fi package is included for all suite guests.
No. All SHiNE at Sea cabins include the Zero Proof Beverage Package by default. You may choose to purchase the Classic Beverage package to include alcoholic beverages seperately. You can book this through the Celebrity Cruises app or website once you have received your Booking ID in January 2026.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).
The B Ocean Resort Ft. Lauderdale (the Pre-Cruise Hotel) is a quick15-20 minute drive from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and 10 minute drive to the Celebrity Cruise Port.
The resort is a quick 20 minute drive from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. We recommend taking a ride share. At FLL, ride-sharing pickup locations are on the lower level (Arrivals), curbside, between terminals 1 and 2 and between terminals 3 and 4. Passengers can locate these areas by following ride-sharing signs indicated by a cell phone image.
Each person is allowed up to two pieces of personal luggage on board, with each piece weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.

You will not be able to pre-purchase shore excursions or other items until you have received your Booking ID (Reservation #) and Stateroom assignment (January 2026).
The Primary Guest on the reservation will receive an email with stateroom number and Booking ID number along with instructions to register and check-in with the cruise line. Once you have registered with Celebrity Cruises you may pre-book shore excursions and other onboard items through your Pre-Cruise Planner.
Passengers should NOT bring the following items onboard any Celebrity Cruises vessel:
· Firearms & Ammunition, including realistic replicas.
· Sharp Objects, including all knives and scissors. (Note: Personal grooming items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blade length less than 4 inches are allowed.)
· Illegal Drugs & Substances
· CBD Oil / CBD Products
· Candles, Incense, Coffee Makers, Clothes Irons, Travel Steamers & Hot Plates. (Items that generate heat or produce an open flame. This includes heating pads, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense, and any other item that may create a fire hazard. NOTE: The only exception to this policy is curling irons and hair straighteners. Matches and normal lighteners are allowed onboard. However, "torch lighters" and novelty lighters that look like guns are not allowed onboard. Torch lighters emit a powerful concentrated flame, and therefore are prohibited.
· Hoverboards
· Martial Arts, Self Defense, and Sports Gear, including handcuffs, pepper spray, night sticks.
· Flammable Liquids and Explosives, including lighter fluid and fireworks.
· Hookahs & Water Hookah Pipes
· HAM Radios
· Electrical Extension Cords, including power strips/surge protected strips
· Dangerous Chemicals, including bleach and paint.

· Alcoholic Beverages (beer, seltzer, or hard liquor) seized on embarkation day will not be returned.
Guests may bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.
On embarkation day, each guest of drinking age may bring one (1) sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne. Boxed wine and other containers are prohibited. Guests who purchase alcohol bottles onboard, in a port-of-call, or bring more than the one permitted bottle on boarding day, will have their items safely stored by the ship. These bottles will be returned on the last day onboard for enjoyment once home.
To help protect yourself and your cruise investment from the unexpected, it is highly recommended that all guests purchase travel protection. Trip Cancellation , Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical Expenses, and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay and Baggage Delay can all be protected with Travel Insurance.
Some travel insurance policies require purchase within two weeks of your Initial Deposit, while others are required to be purchased prior to making your final payment. Yes, a gratuity of $2.00 per bag is suggested.
SHIPBOARD:
For your convenience, he ships operate on a cashless system,. All shipboard expenses including drinks, specialty dining, spa treatments, and shopping—are charged to your SeaPass account, which is linked to a credit or debit card provided at check-in. Alternatively, you can fund your SeaPass account with cash by visiting Guest Services after boarding.
IN PORT:
It is reecommended to bring some cash when visiting ports during a cruise.

How Much to Bring:
• A good rule of thumb is $50–$100 USD per port, depending on your planned activities.

Local Currency or USD?
• In most Caribbean, Central American, and some Mediterranean ports, USD is widely accepted.
Celebrity Cruises provides complimentary wheelchairs which are reserved exclusively for embarkation and disembarkation. If you will require regular use of a wheelchair during the cruise, you are welcome to bring your own or rent one from a company that provides wheelchairs and scooter rentals for cruises. The limited supply of wheelchairs onboard are available on a first come first serve basis.

All single and double occupancy cabins will feature two single twin beds that can convert to one king bed.
Triple and Quad occupancy cabins will feature two single twin beds that can convert to one king bed. For 3rd and 4th guests, the stateroom is equipped with either a sofa bed and/or an upper pull-down bunk bed. Some staterooms may have a trundle bed.
Adults who are not the parent or legal guardian of a minor or guest under the age of 21 traveling with them must present an original, notarized letter signed by the child's parent(s) authorizing the adult to take the child on the specific cruise, supervise the child, and allow emergency medical treatment to be administered, if needed. This is necessary even when the adult traveling is part of the child’s extended family (i.e. aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc).

The minimum age to cruise is six months old.
No Guest younger than the age twenty-one (21) will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult twenty-one (21) years old or older. A guest's age is established upon the first date of sailing.
This age limit will be waived for children sailing with their parents or guardians in connecting staterooms; for underage married couples; and for active duty members of the United States or Canadian military.
Certain other restrictions and conditions will apply; such as compliance with the age twenty-one (21) alcohol policy, and proof of marriage for underage couples or proof of active duty military status required.
